I own a Coswheel T20.48V 500W 15A battery. Is a magnificent bicycle, but designed for tall people about 1.80 mts. They only can stand their feet on the ground when they stop.

I just bought a ‘74 mt250 in pretty good shape. Not running yet. Had to rebuild the carb and still have to de rust and seal the tank. It has 6,800 miles on it and was registered and tagged as late as 2013. I had to buy miscellaneous parts like a seat lock, the correct tank because it had an mt125 tank on it and it’s substantially smaller in capacity and mounting. Also a new battery. Stoked!

Are those handle bar switches available on your ebay store?

Nice job on getting it running, if you can get Bridgestone BT45 tyres then this is a good option. I remember back in the 80's a friend of mine had the GT380 was a fun bike as well, keep up the good work

How did this hold up, my stunt harley keeps leaking out the front 21 inch spoked wheel. Trying to hold off on buying the typical mag wheel people do and rock the spoked. But on my 3rd flat. Did the electrical tape the 2nd time

Yes ! New tyres. I sold my Gt550 because it drank more than a sailor that hasn’t seen land for 6 months. Just remember - the oil feed works parallel to the throttle! eg; the engine is doing 5000rpm on a closed throttle means it’s getting a supply of oil that’s just sufficient for tick-over. Please think about this. With the engine and ignition turned off you can set the oil-pump setting and you will see after having removed the oil-pump cover what happens when you open and close the throttle. Just got mine,similar upgrades coming in the mail. I also ordered a 13 tooth front sprocket, for that lower end torque. Dont need the high end as much with what i plan to do.

Maybe the gearbox oil leaked into the crankcase(s). If any crank seals are shot, the idle speed, even for a two stroke, will be too high and very erratic. Ignition timing accuracy is critical on these or it's hole in piston time. The 32:1 was good insurance as the oil feed was an unknown. Good resurrection.

i had one of these, a very good road bike. it performs well, minimum maintenace. all you need.
